Orientation & Safety Culture
Industry overview, professional expectations, ethics, confidentiality, emotional awareness, jobsite conduct, stop-work authority and safety culture.
FCT-101
Bloodborne Pathogens & Exposure Control
Exposure routes, universal/standard precautions, exposure-control concepts, hand hygiene, sharps awareness, incident response, post-exposure procedures and documentation.
FCT-201
PPE, Respiratory Protection & Hazard Communication
PPE selection, donning/doffing, contamination control, respiratory protection concepts, medical clearance/fit testing awareness, labels, SDS and chemical-hazard communication.
FCT-301
Scene Assessment, Containment & Decontamination
Initial assessment, work zones, barriers, cross-contamination control, cleaning sequence, disinfectant use, dwell-time awareness, tools/equipment and verification practices.
FCT-401
Trauma, Decomposition, Sharps & Odor
Trauma-scene fundamentals, unattended death/decomposition environments, biological residue, sharps response, odor-source removal, contents decisions and respectful client interaction.

OSHA 10/30 & Third-Party Credentials
Credential accuracy matters.
OSHA Outreach: When OSHA 10- or 30-hour Outreach cards are part of a student pathway, the course/card must be provided through an OSHA-authorized Outreach trainer/provider. The Academy may coordinate access but does not represent an internal course as an OSHA Outreach card unless delivered by an authorized provider.
Certificates: The Academy may issue certificates of completion for its own courses. Third-party certifications, licenses, cards or credentials remain subject to the rules of the issuing organization and applicable law.
